Speeding through life.
The alarm clock goes off, and I stare at the screen in disbelief. The time displayed leads me to believe I hit the snooze at least four times, and I was left with 15 minutes to be out the door.
30 minutes later I am in the car, and on the road.
Any other day 60 mph is fast enough, but today no speed was going to wind back time to the first time the alarm went off. With all that said, I am irritated and it is the car in front of me not going fast enough to why I am going to be late…
Some of you may be able to relate to this experience, and it may even be a regular occurrence. Going through this sets quite the precedence for the day.
When you find yourself living in the fast lane daily, you can miss out on the joys, contentment, and peace a disciplined life allows.
